A 45-year-old father of three living in Maryland. Recently he lost his mother to COVID and was feeling a sense of hopelessness. With his three children at home, he knew he needed to get help with his emotions and pain to not take it out on his family. After receiving recommendations he found R2R Wellness through facebook. He fell in love with the community and loved having a personal wellness coach help him get back regulated and feeling a new sense of normal.
