“Who is behind r2r wellness”
Monique Richards obtained her master’s in social work because of her love of serving. Since a child, Monique has always enjoyed fitness. She pursued her passion in the health & wellness field when she noticed through her work and personal life the black and brown communities are not taught to focus on their health & wellness.
She saw a need to meet the people where they are by providing transparency and realness. Monique shows you by changing perspective and gaining knowledge in wellness & self you can live a whealthy lifestyle. Society tells us how to choose many things over our well-being. R2R is here to show you how to “Not survive but Thrive”. With her bright and bubbly personality, she is able to connect and use her social work expertise to assist anyone willing to start their journey.
Jason Rhule, the other half of R2R Wellness, is currently attending school and getting his master's degree in IT Management. Jason's love for fitness began as a youth engaging in karate, basketball, and soccer. This helped him become a well-rounded athlete. He also worked for the YMCA, where he mentored the youth around the importance & benefits of health & fitness.
Jason is also known for throwing it down in the kitchen. He creates many of the delicious cuisines you see posted on R2R’s socials. Jason is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. He serves as the Co-chair of the Community Service Committee. Jason’s ability to be selfless and give back to those in need of help and guidance is one of the main attributes that draw people to him.
